In November 2014, Water Club North Palm Beach was making headlines for the largest concrete pour in South Florida history with over 400 trucks laying the foundation for this landmark community just south of PGA Boulevard on US Highway One. After nearly two years, Kolter is preparing for move-in day, scheduled for later this fall. The massive construction project includes the first two towers, 20 private waterfront villas and an expansive waterfront amenity deck are nearing completion, with a third tower released for sales.

A unique opportunity exists for year-round residents in the Palm Beach Gardens area who have been watching the building rise along the Intracoastal shoreline. Kolter is now scheduling private tours of the building for prospective homebuyers while construction continues at a feverish pace. It's an opportunity to literally walk the building and experience the exact views from the available residences without having to wait for the Decorator Models which will be available to tour later this year.

"There are plenty of local residents who have shown an interest in Water Club, but expressed a desire to wait until the building was complete before making their decision," says Steve Marcantonio, Director of Sales. "In the coming months, we'll be moving the sales office into the building and officially closing the temporary Sales Center. Fortunately, we have a window of opportunity to offer limited behind-the-scenes tours. It's always enjoyable to take someone on the tour and watch their expression the very first time they walk into the residences. It literally takes their breath away."

Spacious interiors and full-height windows and sliding doors are designed to provide unobstructed views of the Lake Worth Lagoon, Lost Tree Village, John D. McArthur State Park and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. With panoramic views to both the east and west, it's an opportunity to experience the magnitude of Palm Beach Gardens from a truly breathtaking vantage point.

Water Club is a landmark community that does more than just stand out. It invites its residents to get out and enjoy a healthy South Florida lifestyle. A diverse amenity plan includes a Residents' Club Room with Club Bar and Catering Kitchen for entertaining or relaxation, resort-style pool and lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga/Pilates studio, day dock and kayak launch and Dog Park. Residents can also look forward to expanded amenities delivered with the completion of Water Club 3.

Local design firm, The Decorator's Unlimited, was chosen to design the interiors of Water Club North Palm Beach. Owner Bob Martin's hands-on approach guided the developer's floorplan design, common area plans and the selection of the luxurious modern features and finishes. Martin's work will be showcased when the Decorated Models open later this year.
