This 14th floor unit in the Casa Costa condominium in Boynton Beach was listed for $439,900 on March 4 by Lang Realty and was under contract by April 15. The 1,385-square-foot unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms has views of the Intracoastal Waterway and ocean.

$2.59 million
The ninth-floor penthouse unit at Boca Raton’s 200 East condominium is listed at $2.59 million and offers views of the ocean, city and Boca Raton Resort and Club. The unit has 3,520 square feet, three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and is the last developer-owned penthouse. Built in 2009, 200 East is within walking distance of Mizner Park and Royal Palm Plaza.

$379,000 and up
Two City Plaza in downtown West Palm Beach is quickly selling out of its remaining developer-owned units with only about 50 remaining. A 1,373-square-foot unit on the seventh floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was recently available for $379,000. But prices can go up to $959,000 for a prime 2,100-square-foot unit. Two City Plaza was built in 2008.
