North Palm Beach Renaissance Leads to Multimillion-Dollar Renovation Project

A 35-year old shopping center is set for a multimillion-dollar facelift as part of the continued high-end transformation of North Palm Beach. Crystal Tree Plaza, a 120,000 sf shopping center and office building on U.S. 1 will be renamed Crystal Cove Commons as new owners, Black Lion Investment Group, plan to turn the property into a full-scale retail and luxury outdoor development.

Crystal Cove Commons is the latest upgrade to the area and is located across the street from Water Club North Palm Beach, the new face of luxury living in the Palm Beaches. Kolter Urban's newest Palm Beach project offers unrivaled views overlooking the Intracoastal and Singer Island, located just minutes from PGA Boulevard and everything the Palm Beaches have to offer. Strong sales at Water Club, 134 closings of the 162 finished units, bode well for the future success of not only Crystal Cove Commons but also the continued renaissance of North Palm Beach.

Cod and Capers, a seafood market and cafe located in the plaza, is excited for the future of the area and looks forward to seeing the renovated building which will attract new clientele to their business.

Robert Rivani, President of the Black Lion Investment Group, is also enthusiastic for the future and points to Water Club North Palm Beach and the nearby North Palm Beach Country Club, which is planning to build a new $15 million clubhouse and on-site steakhouse, as the focal points of the area.

As the expansion and growth continues, more and more buyers are looking to get in on the ground floor. Water Club North Palm Beach is nearing a sellout of its first two residential towers and reviews of the expansive residences have been nothing short of spectacular.

The two, soon to be three, distinct towers, offset to create open sight lines to the water and surrounding area. The carefully planned private elevator design allows through-views in both directions from each residence and optimizes security and privacy. Elegant tower residences range from 1,728 to 2,602 square feet; lavish penthouse residences encompass 2,499 to 3,330 square feet.

The arrival lobby will take your breath away, and the designer furnished models will leave you speechless.
