The Healthiest Cities in the U.S. | Who Made the List?

And the results are in! People Magazine recently shared Trulia's list of Healthiest Cities in the U.S., and West Palm Beach has earned the…number two spot! We're incredibly happy to have made the list, but we think that we have more than plenty of healthy activities, restaurants, and outdoor areas to warrant a number one spot. Read below to see why.

The North Palm Beach area has a multitude of clubs that helps residents get out and get moving. Many residents are members of the running club hosted by Tri Running Sports, which gets its members running around the area, in a variety of distances. You don't need to be a marathon runner to join, you just have to enjoy the sport. Many residential areas also host their own fitness centers, such as the one at Water Club North Palm Beach, which features state-of-the-art equipment and a yoga/Pilates studio.

Our area has recreational activities for any sport on any day. Whether you want to shoot hoops with friends on a rainy day at the Civic Center, or take an educational canoe tour around Grassy Waters Nature Preserve, there's a way for you to stay active. Water Club's proximity to nature allows residents to get closer to the local wildlife in a way that they never have before. Residents can enjoy waterfront living with use of the on-site private boat docks, or mooring at Old Port Cove Marina, that grants them access to both the Palm Beach Inlet and the Atlantic.

Our waterfront is unparalleled, as well. Here, you'll find the cleanest, most pristine beaches in the area, which makes them perfect for health activities! The waterfront also expands your options for exercise-you can take a stand up paddleboard tour or take a walk or jog along the shoreline.
