Kolter Urban has broken ground on the Encore, the third phase of its Water Club condo project in North Palm Beach.

The West Palm Beach developer, part of Kolter Group, previously completed 162 condos in two towers along the Lake Worth Lagoon. Located at 2 Water Club Way, most of its units have been sold.

The Encore will have 30 units, ranging from 2,549 to 3,190 square feet. Prices start at $1.45 million.

The developer said six condos in the Encore have been pre-sold so far. Buyer must make a 25 percent deposit.

"The positive response from Water Club's first two towers played a huge role in our decision to bring a third tower to buyers," said Kolter Urban President Bob Vail. "With Encore Tower, we're offering a luxury lifestyle to future residents through versatile floor plans, amenities that embrace outdoor living and an unparalleled waterfront location."

The Water Club will have 85,000 square feet of amenities across all three towers. That will include two resort-style pools, a lap pool, spas, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a pickleball court, a media room, a catering kitchen, a bar, and a dock. There are also guest suites for visitors.

Kast Construction is the general contractor of the Water Club. It was designed by Randall Stofft Architects with interiors by Bob Martin of the Decorators Unlimited

Kolter Urban expects to complete the project in 2020.

The Water Club is part of Kolter Urban's strategy of building condos in Florida markets that have a high barrier to entry.
